Badflower - Announce new album, This Is How The World Ends

Badflower is an American rock band from Los Angeles, CA who are currently on tour in support of their newly released sophomore album, This Is How the World Ends.

The band is composed of singer/guitarist Josh Katz, lead guitarist Joey Morrow, bass guitarist Alex Espiritu and drummer Anthony Sonetti.

Badflower was recently awarded at the iHeart Radio Awards for 2020 Rock Song of the Year with their song Ghost from their debut studio album.

Badflower signed on with record label Big Machine Label Group John Varvatos Records, being the first rock group to sign a deal with the label in 2017.

The band has released two studio albums, their first, OK, I’m Sick and their most recent release on September 24, 2021, This Is How the World Ends which quickly has been moving up the Billboard charts.

, has already reached the TOP 20 on Billboards Hard Rock Albums. The album includes such hits as "Family", "Don't Hate Me", "Fukboi", and "Johnny Wants To Fight".

Katz’s lyrics are raw and relatable direct and poignant. Their song’s address issues like depression, suicide, family life and sexuality to name a few. The accompanying music adds authentic layer to the emotional element of the lyrics.

Badlfower played to an energetic crowd during their September 23, 2021 show in New York City at Webster Hall. The band brought supporting acts Teenage Wrist and DeadPoet Society.
